SAOI ONLINE BIGGEST YEAR END SALE: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.⁠ ⁠ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • All purchases made during the SAOI Online Year End Sale are STRICTLY non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale items do not come with warranty cards, and all transactions are considered final.
  • ⁠No cancellations, modifications, or returns will be accepted.

2.⁠ ⁠PACKAGING NOTICE

  • Items purchased during the Year End Sale MAY NOT INCLUDE full or original packaging.
  • All products are sold in AS-IS condition.

 3.⁠ ⁠CART & CHECKOUT RESPONSIBILITY

  • ⁠Customers are strongly advised to carefully review cart contents and shipping details before completing payment.
  • Once checkout is completed, it is deemed that you have acknowledged and accepted these terms.
  • No changes can be made post-purchase which include changes on item size, item colour, item quantity, recipient address

 4.⁠ ⁠SIZE & STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • Sizes are subject to current inventory levels.
  • ⁠SAOI does not guarantee restocks or availability across all sizes during the sale period.

 5.⁠ ⁠SHIPPING & FULFILMENT

  • Orders will follow SAOI’s standard delivery and processing timelines.
  • Self-collection or in-store pick-up is NOT AVAILABLE for Online Year End Sale items.

 6.⁠ ⁠ONLINE VS IN-STORE SALE

  • The Online Year End Sale is separate from the in-store Biggest Year End Sale previously held at SAOI Home.
  • ⁠Items available online are exclusively listed on our website and may differ in pricing, selection, or availability from the physical sale.
  • The Online Year End Sale is only for website purchases and the sale is not available at SAOI Home

 7.⁠ ⁠DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

  • Discounts are valid only during the official sale period stated on our website.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other vouchers, discount codes, or offers.

 8.⁠ ⁠PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • All products are subject to stock availability.

 9.⁠ ⁠RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All purchases are final — no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be entertained.
  • Exceptions apply only in cases of defective or wrongly delivered items, which must be reported within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

10.⁠ ⁠ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING DETAILS

  • ⁠Due to high order volumes, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
  • Due to the high volume of traffic, it's possible that duplicate checkouts for the last stock may occur simultaneously. As a result, a refund will be processed accordingly.
  • All items will be packed securely with protective bubble wrap.
  • No special requests (e.g., wish cards, custom notes) will be accepted during the sale.
  • ⁠Combined shipping: For multiple orders, items will be packed together in a large brown box. Please note that individual items will not be bubble-wrapped separately.
