Q. Is SAOI local?

A. SAOI prides in being fully local from the tailors that sew your garments to the fabric that we use.

 

Q. How long does it take for my items to be delivered?

A. We pride in making each piece upon receiving an order. We typically take 7-14 working days to process your items and get it shipped and delivered to your doorstep. 

  

Q. Do we ship internationally?

A. We currently ship to Singapore and Brunei using Aramex with the fee of RM55 and RM100 respectively.  

 

  

Q. What if I don't like the item?

A. If you are having doubts on the fit and the style of the items. You may reach out to us via email at hello@saoi-shop.com, and via chat for our customer service team to assist you further.

  

Q. Are your items true to colour?

A. Please be informed that the colour may slightly differ due to the lighting used in our advertised pictures.
