Q. Is SAOI local?

A. SAOI produces the products from both locally and internationally. 

 

Q. Are the products made with genuine leather?

A. Our products are made with either genuine leather or faux leather, depending on the product. We’re currently branching into genuine leather, so you’ll find both options in our collection. Each product has its exact material composition listed in the description for your reference

 

Q. How long does it take for my items to be delivered?

A. We typically take 7-14 working days to process your items and get it shipped and delivered to your doorstep. 

  

Q. Do we ship internationally?

A. We currently ship to Singapore, Brunei, United Kingdom and United State using Aramex, shipping cost of each order is based on the weight of the products. The total price of the shipping cost can be found during checkout.

 

Q. What if I don't like the item?
