Q. Is SAOI local?

A. SAOI produces the products from both locally and internationally. 

 

Q. Are the products made with genuine leather?

A. No. As of 2024, our craftmanship still revolves around synthetic leather to maintain accessible price point, but we do look forward to expand to genuine leather when the right time comes. 

 

Q. How long does it take for my items to be delivered?

A. We typically take 7-14 working days to process your items and get it shipped and delivered to your doorstep. 

  

Q. Do we ship internationally?

A. We currently ship to Singapore and Brunei using Aramex, shipping cost of each order is based on the weight of the products. The total price of the shipping cost can be found during checkout.

 

Q. What if I don't like the item?
