1. Cancellation Window:
Customers are eligible to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. This allows for a reasonable timeframe to request cancellations without impacting our order processing and fulfillment processes.

2. How to Request Cancellation:
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team within the specified 24-hour window. You can reach us via email at hello@saoi-shop.com . Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation:
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, our customer support team will review your order details and process the cancellation accordingly. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, you will receive a notification via email or other communication channels.

4. Refund Process:
We do not allow for any returns or refunds in a form of cashback, for any purchases of our items besides our shoes. The only refund we'll be issuing is through store credit. As for our shoes, it needs meet all the requirements below: 

  • Our return policy is only applicable to shoes purchased physically and online within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging
  • Strictly no sign of wear on the sole and inside of the shoes.
  • Returns are free if the product you received is of wrong size or defective, otherwise shipping charges will be borne by you.
  • A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your return
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost


5. Limitations and Exceptions:
Please be aware that certain limitations and exceptions may apply to order cancellations. Additionally, orders that have already been shipped or are in the process of being fulfilled may not be cancelled.
