Order processing time

Our processing time for all orders are between 7-9 working days unless stated otherwise.


Shipping speed(s)
All deliveries and shipping take from 7-14 days and are subjected to the specific courier service of your parcel.

Third-party carriers you use
Our partner third-party carriers include DHL eCommerce, J&T Express, PGeon Delivery to name a few but they will be specified once your orders are fulfilled.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Confirmation

Stolen Packages
Once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery of your package, the package is no longer our responsibility.
