Saoi Rewards is Saoi’s loyalty programme designed to reward customers for shopping, engaging, and being part of the Saoi community. By joining, earning, or redeeming rewards through Saoi Rewards, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Programme Eligibility

• Saoi Rewards is available to all customers.
• The programme applies to online purchases and retail.
• Customers must be registered and logged in to a valid Saoi account to earn or redeem points.
• Saoi Rewards is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Earning Saoi Rewards Points

Customers may earn points through the following actions:

Points Earned

• Join Saoi Rewards - 50 points
• Purchases (full-priced or discounted) - RM1 spent = 1 loyalty points
• Write a Review - 10 points for a written review, another additional 10 points for leaving a written review with an image
• Follow on Instagram - 30 points
• Refer a Friend - 667 points (RM20 off)
• Birthday reward - 500 points (Once a year per customer)

Important Conditions

• Points are calculated based on the final amount paid, excluding shipping fees, taxes, gift wrapping, and non-product charges.
• Sale and discounted items are eligible to earn points based on the net amount paid.
• Points are not earned on cancelled, refunded, or returned orders.

3. Redeeming Rewards

Points may be redeemed for the following rewards:

• 500 points = RM15
• 700 points = RM25
• 900 points = RM35
• 1200 points = RM50

Redemption Rules

• Only one (1) reward may be redeemed per order.
• Rewards may only be combined with Free Shipping offers.
• Rewards cannot be used on sale or discounted items.
• Rewards can be used on new launches unless otherwise stated.
• Once a reward is redeemed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged.
• Redeemed rewards must be used within 60 days from the redemption date.

4. How to Redeem

Log in to your Saoi account.

Access your rewards via:

• Your Account page (top right of the website), or
• The Rewards Widget (bottom right of the screen).

View your available points, rewards, and activity history.

Points can be redeemed both Online and at Retail.

5. Points Expiry

• All points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.
• Points will automatically expire after one (1) year if unused.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.

6. Birthday Rewards

• Each customer is eligible for one (1) birthday reward per calendar year.
• Birthday rewards are issued based on the birthdate saved in the customer’s account.
• Once birthday points have been awarded for the year, no additional birthday rewards will be issued, regardless of changes to birthdate information.
• Birthday points follow standard expiry rules.

7. Referral Programme

• Referral rewards are valid for first-time customers only.
• Referred customers receive RM20 off their first purchase using a valid referral code.
• Referrers receive RM20 off once the referred customer successfully completes a qualifying purchase.
• Referral rewards are issued per referred customer.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referrals made using the same email address, phone number, delivery address, device, or IP address are strictly prohibited.
• Saoi reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards if a referred order is cancelled, refunded, or deemed invalid.

8. In-Store Purchases

• Customers must provide a valid email address or phone number at checkout to earn points in-store.
• Points are issued automatically through the system; manual point adjustments are not guaranteed.

9. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

• Points earned from returned, refunded, or cancelled orders will be reversed.
• If a reward has been redeemed and a return causes an imbalance, Saoi reserves the right to manually deduct points from the customer’s account.
• Redeemed rewards used on returned orders are non-refundable.

10. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

Saoi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel orders, reverse rewards, remove points, suspend accounts, or terminate participation in Saoi Rewards if any activity is suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Referral abuse or self-referrals
• Review manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts
• Attempting to exploit system limitations
• Misuse of rewards, promotions, or offers

All decisions made by Saoi in relation to fraud or abuse are final.

11. Programme Changes & Termination

Saoi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Saoi Rewards, including:

• Point values
• Earning actions
• Redemption rules
• Reward availability

Changes may be made at any time without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
